What to Include in Bug Reports

To help us reproduce and fix issues quickly, please include:

  • The tool URL you used (for example: `/epub-to-pdf`).
  • Your browser and device (for example: Chrome 134 on Windows 11).
  • The exact error message shown on screen.
  • Whether the issue is repeatable on another browser.
  • If possible, a short description of the file type and size (for example: EPUB, 18 MB, image-heavy textbook).

We do not ask you to send private files. If sharing a sample is necessary, you can provide a non-sensitive test file.
